It's good. Clean, the send updates through email, garage is good, things work in the apartment, noise complaints are low and when there is an issue it is taken seriously by the office, occasional fun activities for the residents. It is nice.

I toured 1377 this past weekend and was immediately sold. The location is amazing as there are new restaurants being built and it is located in the heart of Brookhaven. The pricing for rent was competitive and I really feel as though you get your money’s worth for the size and quality of all appliances in the apartment.

While moving into a new apartment always has a few punchlist items, I could not be happier with the team at 1377 Brookhaven. Rich has been lovely to work with. He’s helped me through most of this. Trey has also been wonderful, and Malika too. Everyone has been really helpful and easy to work with. I am excited about my time ahead of 1377. Also, the neighbors are nice and friendly, and it seems like a nice quiet community which I like.

Area and location is great. So is the apartment. Maintenance is complete in a timely manner. Has a great gym, work area, coffee, pool, and many many different events. The market on Saturday is a plus.

Move in went really great! Tre has been so great to work with so far. My husband and I are so excited to make @1377 our home. The location is perfect!

Clean. Friendly staff. My complaints are being on the garage side. The gate constantly opening makes a lot of noise. Would love to see that get fixed. Additionally, the walls are very thin. When sleeping I can hear my neighbors closet wall open. It’s concerning. Also, cockroaches . Two separate occasions I have had to deal with roaches.

Generally solid complex that with a few small tweaks could improve. Staff pretty approachable. Package receiving is a bit chaotic and could do with some improvements. Garage gates are broken often. Fridges in units are quite basic.

Maintenance challenges with entry and exit gates. Grills not functioning properly, need refurbishing. Residents not following set apartments guidelines and rules. Grounds are disheveled by dog owners and improper garbage disposal.

This has been the best apartment leasing experience I have had so far. Tre was very informative, detailed, and his communication skills are amazing. He made the process from touring, to applying, to picking up my keys a breeze. The apartment complex itself is also very clean, and the units are spacious. I would recommend this complex to everyone!

We love our apartment! great place to live and we love our corner apartment. We also love that it is so walkable. My only negative thing is that the second gate seems to be broken a lot and the pool sometimes needs to be cleaned. But we love living here and wouldn't change where we live anytime soon!

From apartment hunting to closing on my lease, my experience with 1377 was fast and easy. Management are available for any questions or concerns via in person during business hours or email. The online option to view the layout of the apartments made it easy for me to choose my unit. And their move in specials are great compared to other locations I looked at. I would definitely recommend any of my friends moving to the area to check this complex out.

I think the new management company is still trying to get a handle on things. They have started cleaning the hallways and public areas, which is good. Hopefully this is maintained and maybe increased. I would strongly suggest paying more attention to keeping the pine straw in the outside beds replenished, since dogs use them regularly, as well as more frequent trash pickups (currently the trash chutes are completely full and trash piled up outside the chutes which smells and causes roaches and probably rodents). Very unsanitary.

I haven’t moved in yet, but the process to move especially for being out of state the staff have been very helpful. Out of all the places I looked they made it feel like home and I can’t wait to move in

I have lived here for several years and this transition to Greystar has not been great. I don't know the new managers very well and I'm sure it's a transition for them . I really like the 2 maintenance men, Aaron (sp) and Jevon (sp) who are very nice and helpful. I also like Kimberly the leasing agent. Very approachable, so helpful, and kind. The hallways are dirty, there are dustbunnies everywhere. The previous cleaning person Isabel cleaned this place like nobody's business. The other thing that was very annoying, and not just to me, was the tenants were charged approximately $25 for changing services (Conservice) which is not our problem and a $15. set up fee for Conservice. Greystar should have absorbed this cost! I had an issue a month ago that I was charged $41.68 for a sewer bill. I am one person living in this apartment. Malikah fixed it for me but just very frustrating.

Very strategic location, since there is everything very close: restaurants, metro-Marta, gyms, main roads for quick access. The condominium is very new, as well as its facilities.

I don't understand what is so difficult about having an operational Starbucks machine - problems have been ongoing for weeks. I am pleased with very prompt and effective responses to maintenance requests. Why are hours of lounge access tied, at least during the week, to office hours? Any consideration of alternate auto access to parking in light of across-the-street development and ensuing traffic congestion?

Kimberly is amazing! So attentive, helpful and professional. Excellent customer service! The primary suggestion I have is attention to detail on the property. 1) seem to always be out of flavored syrups for coffee 2) A request was put into maintenance to paint my front door prior to move in and it still has not been taken care of 3) floors in the hallways are in need of cleaning. Overall love the property and location!
